Distinguished by its direct sales approach, it employs a business model that directly supplies health and skincare products to individuals and small businesses. From beauty devices and items to supplements, they offer a wide range of products that contribute to health and beauty support.

Responsibilities

• 市場および自社の状況を分析し、それに基づき戦略を立案、チームを率いて実践
• 製品戦略の立案と実行により、目標の売上・成長・収益性・生産性の向上を達成する
• 戦略に基づいた、新製品開発、その販売促進プランの立案・実行・分析をリードし、サポート
• 各種プロジェクトの遂行にあたり、他部署と緊密に連携し協働
• 部下の育成、マネジメント スキルとマーケティングスキルのいずれも必要とされます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 管理職経験と積極的に組織を導き目標達成する姿勢　チーム全体で生産性を上げた実績
• 英語力　TOEIC 800 点以上、または、TOEIC SPEAK 160 点以上
• 消費財業界経験があり化粧品に強い興味がある方
• 戦略の立案・企画書の作成・書類や回答作成、またそれを部下に指導する能力
• 会議からイベントまで、幅広い場面で、対象にあわせて戦略説明・製品説明をするスキル
