中国・米国は高層の分譲・賃貸マンション、東南アジアは主に物流倉庫の案件です。イメージとして大型案件の場合、３～５件程度担当予定です。

＜業務概要＞
・デジタルテクノロジーを活用した新サービスの構想をお客様と共に策定し、新サービス企画立案、事業計画作成、立上げ推進などの支援を行います。
・研究所で開発されたテクノロジーや当グループのデジタル改革で培ったノウハウを活用して様々な業種のお客様と共に新しいサービスの創出に挑みます。
＜コンサルティングテーマの例＞
①脳科学や生体情報を活用した新ビジネス創出支援
脳計測をはじめとする生体情報の取得・活用による、働き方改革推進や社内コミュニケーション向上への応用策の検討や、新型保険を活用したビジネスモデルの創出。
②デジタルテクノロジーを活用した新事業構想策定及び事業計画作成支援
お客様視点で新しいサービスの可能性を発想すると共に、ロボティクスやＡＩ、ＩｏＴなどのさまざまな最新のデジタルテクノロジーを活用した新たなサービス提供方法を踏まえたビジネスモデルを創出し、これらを事業計画としてまとめてお客様と共に新事業プロジェクトを推進していく。
※当社は構想策定～新業務設計～制度設計～定着化、PMO等の上流工程を担い、デジタルテクノロジー導入は主に当グループのSIerが実施
＜案件規模＞
・3～5名程度の体制で、構想策定は3ヵ月程度、業務設計～改革施策導入・定着化は3ヵ月～1年程度で実施する。
＜教育体制＞
・社内での各種ソリューション勉強会、事例共有会、OJT等を通じて中長期的に育成を実施。
