- 業務内容当社は、がん領域を中心に「完治」を目指す薬づくりに精力的に取り組んでおり、世界中の患者様にMade in Japanの革新的な新薬をいち早くお届けすることを使命として日々業務を進めております。
その中で薬物動態研究所は、新規薬剤の薬物動態学的スクリーニングから、非臨床薬物動態評価、臨床薬物動態評価、各種申請業務まで、薬剤開発の薬物動態関連業務を担当している部門です。
創薬薬物動態研究室では、他部門と連携し前臨床候補品を創出するための非臨床薬物動態評価およびその結果に基づいた判断を担当します。特に研究開発テーマを進める上では薬物動態の専門家として化学系研究者や薬理系研究者、毒性研究者と相互理解を図り協力関係を築きながら業務にあたります。
今回、初期段階の創薬テーマを進める為に、製薬企業にて探索から前臨床にかけての創薬テーマにおける薬物動態研究経験が豊富なリーダーを募集いたします。

非臨床薬物動態研究実務：非臨床薬物動態評価，PK解析，ヒトPK予測，M&Sを活用した定量的なメカニズム解析（PK/PD/Efficacyモデル解析等）
