Responsibilities

• 人事戦略に基づき、海外のHRメンバー、日本のHRメンバーと連携しながら、ビジネスに貢献するHRとして組織開発をリードする。
• チェンジマネジメント活動をリードし、社員が発言する風土を醸成し、社内外のソーシャルメディアを活用したエンゲージメント向上を図る。
• 労働組合と連携し、従業員の状況を正確に把握し、働きやすい環境を構築する。

Requirements

必須経験：

• 10年以上の機械製造業または自動車部品業界での人事部門経験。
• 組織プロセスの構築経験。
• チームマネジメント経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション経験（TOEIC700以上を想定）
• 3社以内の転職回数
• コミュニケーションツール（特にLinkedin等のSNS）と十分なExcel、Word、PowerPointの経験
