会計・購買・人事・リスク管理に関わる個別プロジェクトの立上げ・実行
アナリティクスを活用したデータドリブンな施策の検討
その他、コーポレート領域のDXに資する企画の新規立ち上げ
なお、システム改修の実作業は外部パートナーに担っていただき、コミュニケーションしながらデリバリーします。
