Responsibilities

医療機器および体外診断用医薬品の製造販売後安全管理業務を担当し、法令遵守と製品の安全性と有効性を確保する役割をお任せします。業務詳細:

• 安全管理情報（自発報告）の収集・分析
• 各国措置情報、文献情報の収集・分析
• 安全確保措置（行政報告、自主回収、情報提供等）の実施サポート
• 従業員への教育訓練の計画・実施
• 自己点検の計画・実施
• 関連基準・手順の整備
• 販社とのGVP契約書の維持・管理
• PMDA等行政機関、社内事業部門、海外販社等とのコミュニケーション

Requirements

必須条件:

• 診断用医薬品または医療機器の安全管理業務（GVP）実務経験
• 安全管理に関する法令・規制（薬機法、GVP省令等）への理解
• 英語力（読み書き・メール対応が可能なレベル）

歓迎条件:

• 薬剤師、臨床検査技師等の医療系資格
