Responsibilities

税務チームメンバーとして、マネージャーに報告・相談のうえ、以下の業務を行います。
業務内容：

• 当Group*における法人税・消費税・法人地方税等の申告及びそれに関連する法令遵守のために必要な業務を行う。
• 財務状況の適切な開示のため、当 Group*のJGAAP及びIFRS上の会計上の税金勘定の計算に関する業務を行う。
• 当Group*における日本における税務調査・監査の折衝を行う。
• 税制改正等によるビジネスへの影響分析を行い、リスクの定量化やベネフィットの実現に貢献する。
• 税効率の向上、内部統制の良化、税制に従った移転価格文書の整備などを推進する。
• 外部税理士法人と協業し、資産運用に関する税務助言を社内の資産運用部門に提供する。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 学士号または同等の学位
• 大規模な企業環境および/または国際的な税理士事務所での、確定申告を含む5年以上の日本の法人/消費税の経験
• 本社と連携するためのビジネスレベルの英語（読み書きは必須）
• Big 4または国際的な税理士事務所での実務経験があれば尚可
• 公認会計士または税理士は優遇
