Responsibilities

• 資金繰り計画の作成・運用、資金ショートリスクの可視化
• 銀行融資・信用保証協会などによるデットファイナンス交渉
• VC・投資家向け財務モデル・IR資料作成サポート
• 会計事務所との連携／決算方針・勘定設計のコントロール
• 管理会計設計（KPI×PL）や経営レポートの構築
• 将来的にはCFO候補として、経営全般への参画も期待

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業会社での経理・財務の実務経験3年以上

歓迎条件:

• Fintech、SaaS、D2Cなどサブスク/PLモデルのスタートアップ経験
• シリーズA～B期での資金調達やVC折衝サポートの経験
• 財務モデリング／事業計画作成／投資家向け説明資料の作成経験

-SaaS、Fintecスタートアップの管理部門出身

• 銀行・会計士との実務的な調整経験がある
• 経理1人目 or 小規模体制下で裁量を持っていた経験
• 公認会計士、簿記1級、中小企業診断士などの資格保有
