The Human Resources Business Partner
will be responsible for implementing defined initiatives and initiating local action based on global guidelines and policies.
The goal is to ensure compliance with processes and guidelines, and proactively support People Managers so that they effectively perform their leadership role (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce Planning).
