Today, we handle everything from material development to process technology and production equipment technology, essential for realizing cutting-edge electronics products. Our main products include anisotropic conductive films, industrial adhesives, and optical films. ■ポジションについて
2024年にスタートした5か年の中期経営計画の成功に向けて、経営戦略をさらに加速させていきます。
その実現を支える人事基盤の強化をお任せすべく【グローバル人事】を募集いたします。

■具体的な業務内容

• 海外赴任・駐在員の管理
  • 社員の海外赴任に関する手続き全般（ビザ取得、労働許可、住居・学校の手配、引越しのサポートなど）
• グローバル人材戦略の立案
  • 各国の拠点で必要な人材を計画的に配置するための戦略を策定し、実行をサポート
• 現地法人との連携：
  • 海外拠点の人事担当者と連携し、評価制度や人事ポリシーの統一、課題解決
• 海外勤務規程の作成と運用
  • 駐在員の処遇や手当などに関する規程の整備と、その遵守状況の確認
• 語学研修や異文化研修の実施
  • 海外赴任前の準備として、研修を企画・実施することもあります
• 海外人事課メンバーマネジメント
  • 育成、評価、方針展開などいわゆる組織マネジメント

Requirements

■必須

• グローバル企業や製造業での人事経験
• 組織マネージメントのご経験（人数規模は問わず）
• 海外赴任者の給与、税務、ビザ手続きなどの実務経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能

■歓迎

• JOB型人事制度の導入経験もしくは運用経験
• 人事としての海外駐在経験
• グローバルでのシステムの導入もしくは運用の経験
