フィールドマーケティング(Concentrix Japanが主催するビジネス開発イベント、ローカル会議への参加、パートナーとの共同イベント)、PR(地元の代理店やメディアとの協力)、デジタルマーケティング(グローバルキャンペーンのローカライズ、ローカルで開発されたキャンペーンのための地元代理店との協力、パートナーとの共同マーケティング)をお任せします。

━━━Responsibilities━━━
  • Field Marketing
    • Plan, execute, and evaluate local business development events organized by CNXJ to engage prospects and clients.
    • Manage the company’s participation in local conferences, including booth management, collateral preparation, and on-ground coordination.
    • Collaborate with partners to plan and execute joint marketing events that enhance cobranding and lead generation.
    • Track ROI and generate post-event performance reports, ensuring continuous improvement of event strategies.
  • Public Relations (PR)
    • Serve as the primary liaison between CNXJ and local PR agencies, ensuring alignment with global brand messaging and goals.
    • Build and nurture relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage in key publications.
    • Manage press releases, thought leadership articles, and interview opportunities, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
    • Monitor and report on PR campaign effectiveness, including media mentions and sentiment analysis.
    • Work with the CNXJ country lead, provide and manage initiatives related to corporate PR and employer branding activities
  • Digital Marketing
    • Localize global digital marketing campaigns for maximum relevance and impact in the [region/country] market.
    • Collaborate with local agencies to develop and execute region-specific campaigns tailored to target audiences.
    • Partner with business teams and partners on joint digital marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and shared success metrics.
    • Optimize campaigns through data-driven insights, tracking KPIs like engagement rates, lead conversion, and web traffic.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in field marketing, public relations, and/or digital marketing roles, preferably in B2B or service industries.
  • Proven track record of executing successful events, PR campaigns, and digital initiatives.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media platforms, Google Analytics).
  • Native/Fluent level Japanese and Business level English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is a plus
