- ■業務内容：機能性を持つ食品素材の探索から商品化に至るまでの学術調査や研究開発全般を担当頂きます。＜具体的には＞新素材の開発と当社販売原料の高付加価値化
データベースを用いた、先行研究論文による新たな機能性素材の調査
必要に応じて各種のin vitro、vivo、臨床試験の実施
大学や海外企業などとの共同研究開発全般
機能性表示食品の届出業務全般
その他、研究の発表（学会、論文）、関連部門の学術支援業務
