Responsibilities

• 顧客ニーズや市場の動向を踏まえて、接着剤に高付加価値を与え得る樹脂系及び硬化系を選定する。
• 接着剤としての配合組成を設計し、フィルムやAL箔への塗工･貼り合わせにより複合膜サンプルを作成する。
• フィルムの層間剥離強度、成形加工適性等の一連の要求物性評価を実施し、設計検証する。
• ラボスケール開発品の量産化対応や、製品の製造面や品質面での技術支援、また製品用途に応じた関連法規や規格認証の取得、維持に関する対応業務あり。
• 海外案件では、APエリア及び中国の技術拠点とのやり取りや海外顧客とのオンライン会議があります。

Requirements

必須要件

• 大学や高専専攻科の化学系学科卒業以上の専門知識やスキル
• 接着剤に関する知識をお持ちの方で実務経験3年以上
• 英語に関する基礎的能力（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト550点以上）

歓迎要件

• 包装材の物性評価に関する知見、または包装材の開発の実務経験、特に、産業用途での開発経験を歓迎
• 包装材料用溶剤型接着剤、無溶剤型接着剤の樹脂設計技術、または評価技術
• 危険物甲種取扱者、有機溶剤作業主任者、特定化学物質作業主任者の資格
