Responsibilities

パワートレーン用潤滑油開発、潤滑油規格渉外、技術渉外において、チームリーダーとして積極的にリーダーシップを発揮出来る技術力と、その際、社内関係部署、社外関係者とも良好な関係を構築しつつ、目標を達成する交渉力が必要です。
※想定役割：チームリーダー・マネージャー

Requirements

■必須要件：パワートレーン用の潤滑油開発経験をお持ちの方で以下の知識・英語力をお持ちの方

• 潤滑油の評価ツールとしてのエンジン試験、ラボ試験、分析について基本的な知識
• エンジン、駆動系、車両のハードウェアについて、基本的な知識
• 他社の海外の従業員と十分な意思疎通が出来る英会話力
• 規格渉外、技術渉外において、社外の関係者とコミュニケーションおよび交渉ができる英語力

■歓迎要件：

• 有機化学もしくは工業化学の知識
• コミュニケーション能力、交渉能力
