- お客様やビジネス部門の課題を発見、理解し、打ち手のための分析をプロジェクト等を通してビジネス部門のメンバーと共に推進していただきます。本ポジションには、データ分析のスキルだけでなく、コミュニケーションやプロジェクト管理スキル、プレゼンテーションをはじめとした表現能力も必要です。データ分析のみならず、ビジネス全般への関心を持ち、自ら率先して情報収集し、ビジネス部門の一員として業績向上に直接貢献したいという想いある方を求めています。
業務内容：
事業課題定義＆アクション策定ビジネス部門とのコミュニケーションを通じた与件、課題整理
データ分析の目的や仮説の整理・定義
分析に必要なデータ取得の企画・設計（仕組みづくり）
データ分析＆打ち手の検討定義した分析シナリオの実行＆打ち手検討
実施施策の途上評価、ならびに効果検証
サービスの俯瞰的な計数モニタリングによる特異事象の発見と要因分析、展開
レポーティングKPI設計＆BIツール等を用いた可視化
データ利活用の推進ダッシュボードやその他分析ツールを使ったデータ利活用の社内推進
