- Responsibilities
- 定量的・定性的なユーザー分析・調査（行動データ、楽天会員情報に紐づくプロフィール、楽天でんき契約データ、その他調査データを活用）
定期的なデータ集約（NPS調査の実施、トランザクションベースの調査によるユーザーフィードバックの収集の体系化）
ユーザーコミュニケーション戦略の立案（カスタマージャーニー分析と調査結果に基づき、顧客のペインポイントとメリットの改善策を考案）
プロジェクトの計画、タスク管理、スケジュール管理に関する主要な問題の整理
