Responsibilities

海外リサーチ事業の拡大に貢献するメンバーとして業務をお任せします。営業チームと協力して、クライアントの海外リサーチプロジェクトを成功に導いていただきます。業務詳細:営業・オペレーションサポート

• 営業担当者と協力して、クライアントのリサーチニーズを正確に把握し、最適な海外リサーチ計画を提案（見積もり、スケジュール、プロジェクト提案の作成を含む）。
• 注文受け付け後のリサーチ業務の円滑な進行をサポート（社内外のオペレーションチームとの交渉を含む）。

営業・マーケティング戦略の立案

• 売上成長のための営業戦略およびプロモーション施策の立案・実行。
• 市場動向や競合分析に基づいた戦略の提案／新製品開発のサポート。

海外パートナーとの連携

• 海外リサーチパートナーおよび他社とのコミュニケーション、進捗管理、品質管理。
• 新たなパートナーの発掘および開発。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 法人営業経験（3年以上）
• 優れたコミュニケーションスキル（論理的かつ整理された文章や話し方で説明できる。人の話を理解し、議論の流れを把握できる）
• プロジェクト管理経験（プロジェクトの規模に関わらず、プロジェクトマネージャーとして進行管理を行った経験）
• 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPointの初級から中級レベル）
• 基本的なビジネス英語スキル（読解、筆記、会話）

歓迎条件:

• 海外でのビジネス経験（例：海外赴任、留学、国際企業との協働）
• マーケットリサーチまたはマーケティング業界での実務経験
