Responsibilities

日本およびアジア地域の事業規模拡大に伴い、実際の業務フローを理解したうえで、業務の標準化・自動化を推進し、販売会社の業務効率化と事業成長に寄与していただきます。特にアジア地域の販売会社におけるオペレーション改善、システムの導入支援、導入後の運用定着化が主要業務となります。また、社内外の関係者と連携したプロジェクト推進、および横断テーマにおけるPMOとしての役割も担います。

• アジア販売会社の業務フローを基にしたオペレーション改善（自動化・標準化）
• 各国販売会社の業務課題把握、改善提案の企画・推進
• 新規システム導入や既存ITプラットフォーム改善における要件整理～導入支援
• 関係部門（国内外）との協働による業務改革プロジェクトの推進
• 市場動向や販売会社の状況に基づく事業運営改善の提案
• マネジメントからの特命事項・調査事項への対応

Requirements

必須条件:英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力に加え、下記いずれかの経験

• 計数管理業務の経験
• 業務改善／現場改善などの経験
• SAP、ERP導入などのITプロジェクトに関する経験
• 海外販売会社での業務経験
• 監査法人／税務法人での業務経験
• 銀行での融資案件／事業計画立案サポート経験

数字・係数管理に強い方、管理会計・財務会計の知識を有する方、幅広い業務経験をもつ方を歓迎します。歓迎条件:

• 中国語、韓国語、タイ語などの英語以外の言語スキル
