Responsibilities

【年休130日・フレックス】
■仕事内容

• 投資先のモニタリング、グループ会社への適切な繋ぎ込み
• グループ会社との情報連携、協業案件の提案及びプロジェクトマネジメント
• 投資情報管理体制の改善提案、整備/運用
• 社内向けの知識共有（グループ会社報告会、社内記事執筆等）
• 突発案件の一次対応、関係者調整、資料化までの推進
• 国内外のスタートアップとの面談（情報収集、一次対応）
• 投資候補先の情報収集（DDサポート）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 社会人経験5年以上
• エンタメコンテンツ/遊技機/ゲーミングといった当社グループの事業領域に関心があり、日常的に嗜んでいるものがあること
• 投資先モニタリングや社内報告に必要な財務会計知識があること
• ビジネスレベルの英語力TOEIC(R)700点以上目安（社内外におけるコミュニケーション、経営資料作成が出来るレベル）

■歓迎条件：

• 事業会社における事業企画/事業管理経験
• 数値分析/KPI管理の実務経験
• 経営層への資料作成経験
