■業務内容プロジェクト管理業務は主にプロジェクト体制の構築と維持管理、プロジェクト工程管理、コスト管理、プロジェクト品質管理、対外折衝、関係者間調整業務を行います。案件によってPJ管理の内容は異なりますが、案件の成否はPJ管理によるところが大きく、発電システムPJでは重要な役割を担います。海外原子力事業：次期海外建設プロジェクトの提案、見積活動におけるプロジェクト管理業務
火力・地熱事業：建設プロジェクト遂行におけるプロジェクト管理業務、サービスプロジェクト遂行におけるプロジェクト管理業務、見積・提案活動におけるプロジェクト管理業務

- 【配属組織について（概要・ミッション）】原子力事業及び原子力プロジェクトを推進するため，原子力事業の統括的なプロジェクト計画及びプロジェクト管理を担っています。社員約80名のチームにて原子力プロジェクト計画の立案，管理プロセスのイノベーションを図っています。
カーボンニュートラルを背景に急伸する原子力事業において，原子力プラント設計・建設に関わるプロジェクト計画及び管理業務をリードし，顧客及びステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションを担っています。
事業内容：発電用軽水型原子炉施設、高速炉施設、原子燃料サイクル関連施設およびその他関連製品の設計、製造、販売、据付及び保守に関する業務
【職務概要】原子力プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト計画・プロジェクト管理の実務をになっていただきます。顧客及びステークホルダーとの調整・連携・交渉を通じ，プロジェクト成功に向けたプロジェクト管理，プロジェクトリスク低減への実務を主導頂きます。

同社事業所での勤務が主体となりますが，原子力プロジェクトの現地や電力事業者への出張等があります。在宅勤務は，一部可能です。
