- 業務内容：
国内外新規プロジェクトの土木建築技術管理業務現地調査、基本設計、見積仕様の策定と業者（EPC）選定
監督官庁との技術的調整
EPCによる詳細設計管理と工事管理
風力発電機、風力発電機支持物（タワー、基礎）の技術評価/設計監理
買収案件の技術評価（コンサルレポート精査、現地調査など）
国内外の技術調査/工事管理等出勤のうち４分の1程度は、国内・海外の現場（建設サイト、候補地点、発電所）に出張（主として国内の現場への出張）する勤務形態となる
