■Main Responsibilities:

• Establish Workflow Standards: Develop standardized workflows for the new subsidiary and support its digital transformation (DX) in collaboration with the parent company.
• Optimize Operations & Sales Data Management: Improve the efficiency of operational and sales data management at the site.
• Oversee Sales Management: Take ultimate responsibility for managing the subsidiary’s sales activities.
• Ensure Compliance with Parent Company Guidelines: Implement and enforce the parent company’s policies and legal standards to ensure compliance in all subsidiary operations.

Requirements

■Key requirements：

• SAP or Related Tool Implementation Experience: At least one completed project.
• Standardization Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales standardization processes.

■Welcome：

• Chemical Industry Background: Experience related to hazardous waste is highly preferred; hands-on experience is a significant plus.
• Bilingual Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both Japanese and English.
