Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects in Engineering Simulations (CAE/MBD) ensuring consistency with customer requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for Product Lifecyle Management system projects.
Implement and manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide clear direction and support to team members, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
Interpret CAE results, draw conclusions, report and present work with design recommendations and actions items.
Expert at understanding design requirements, formulating and implementing CAE strategies to aid in product development and solve testing/field failure issues.
