- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Leading 3 Product Development Engineering teams
- For ongoing product development projects
- Ensure that all Engineering tasks are delivered as per the project timing, cost and quality requirements and respecting the Engineering, Project and Quality procedures and drive corrective actions when necessary
- For new business acquisition
- Partner with Sales & Product Management teams, understand Customer & Market requirements and translate these into Engineering tasks, concept & feasibility studies to prepare and ensure competitive feedback to customers
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Solid people management experience, with a track record of leading middle size teams (~50 product development engineers)
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
- Knowledge of Engineering development processes, planning and reviewing of engineering deliverables, APQP
- Know-how in Passenger cars’ Electric and Electronic Architecture including Low and High Voltage architecture, Data transmission
- Understanding of wiring harness / ECUs (Electric / Electronic Control Units) development logics: Wire Size / voltage / current / interface / joining technologies of plugs and headers
