Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 当社生産技術部門の統括部署において部門の企画・運営業務を遂行する
  • 中期計画の策定、年度アクションプランの立案・進捗管理
  • リソースマネジメント（CAPEX/　OPEX/　Headcount）
  • 人財育成活動の推進、教育体系の整備
  • 標準化/技術情報管理
  • その他部門統括業務全般
• 本社生産技術の立場で、グローバル生産技術機能の横断業務を主導する
  • Global生産技術会議の主催、グローバルアクションプランの立案・進捗管理
  • Globalリソースマネジメントの主導
  • Global talent strategyの推進
  • Global rule-standard committeeの主催
  • その他グローバル生産技術統括業務全般

Requirements

必須要件：

• 自動車会社または自動車系部品サプライヤーにおける複数部署でのマネジメント実務経験
• 生産技術業務の実務経験
• APQP、IATF16949、VDA6.3等の知識
• 社内組織横断業務におけるリーダーシップの発揮経験
• 英語でのメール、資料作成の実務経験（単純機械翻訳は除く）
• 英語での会議（含むWeb会議）経験

歓迎要件：

• 部/部門統括業務経験があれば尚歓迎
