Responsibilities

Battery ModuleおよびPackの設計/開発推進と製品開発進捗マネジメント業務をお任せいたします。
業務内容：

• 開発日程・各マイルストーンにおける会議の取り仕切りおよび達成度・進捗管理
• 『開発費』とりまとめ
• 試作計画立案とその実行フォロー
• 設計開発支援・補助業務、BOM管理など
• 上記業務を実行するにあたり付随する社内関係部署や客先との調整・折衝

Requirements

必須要件:

• 開発マネジメント業務もしくはそれに相当する業務経験を有する(新規設計、小変更など問わず)
• 製造業での開発経験を通して製品開発プロセスを理解している。
• 試作計画など、複数の関係者と調整をして計画立案、実行する業務経験を有する。
• Microsoft Excel, Power Pointが使用できる。
• 日々の報告、連絡、相談および関連部署との折衝が可能なコミュニケーション能力
• 英語スキル(英語で資料作成ができる)
