- Main responsibilities:
Process daily purchase order according material request and expeditor material on time delivery, support produce line running smoothly.
Process the purchase orders according to purchase request accurate and timely, and ensure the process is in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines,
Track order status with vendors and ensure the order performance on time
Keep tightly communication with related department, and provide the sufficient information to keep the article of orders received smoothly
Contact with vendor to solve the claim of shortage delivery, part broken, wrong part delivery etc. special issues
Updated the related report data timely
Handling incoming enquires as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner
Have cost consciousness to control logistics cost and inventory level
Act as backup to other team member on order handling
Maintain a good working relationship with relevant business and functional groups through excellent communication skills
Develop the level of computer skills to be able to handle daily operations and other activities as assigned
Work continuously on improvements, identify root causes of defects in process and recommend corrective actions
