車載向け映像伝送LSI の開発を行っています。仕様策定から設計、検証、評価、量産化、顧客サポートまで幅広く行っているチームです。顧客への技術サポートを行うエンジニアを募集しています。

車載向け映像伝送LSIの開発・製品化を行っている組織です。
チームの業務の範囲と流れは以下の通りです。
顧客要求から製品仕様を策定
回路、レイアウト設計
製品試作、評価、量産化対応業務
顧客への紹介、技術サポート
製品のビジネス運営
多様性のある製品ポートフォリオを持つことが求められている組織であり、この製品はその一つです。
【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】
■担当予定の業務内容
顧客技術サポート業務です。
自主開発のLSIであり、仕様は自分たちで企画できます。顧客サポートを通じ、お客様の満足度を高めるとともにお客様の声をダイレクトに聞き、自分たちの製品の仕様に反映させることで、お客様のさらなる価値に結びつけ、ビジネスを左右する、という非常に重要な業務になります。
国内・海外のお客様からの技術問い合わせに対応するといった顧客サポートを主導
問い合わせを通じた製品アピールやプロモーションを実施
■想定ポジション
部署内は全体で約20名のチームです。チーム内での役割は、リーダーおよび担当者を想定しています。担当者は、スキルに応じて設計業務・サブリーダーなどを経験頂いてステップアップしていただくことが出来ます。リーダーは、顧客技術サポートを統括するキーパーソンとして活躍いただけます。
