Responsibilities

System design and electrical development for laser scanning microscopes (microscopes that can observe objects in detail using lasers)
Main responsibilities:

• Team Structure
  • Circuit design or FPGA design team members
• After joining, you will be responsible for development work centered on analog/high-speed digital circuits, including FPGA, or system design work in the development project of biological laser scanning microscopes.
• In the long term (3 to 5 years), you are expected to be assigned to high-difficulty tasks such as system design or management duties.
• Support System Immediately After Joining
  • A veteran team leader will directly support you as a mentor.

業務内容：

• チーム体制
  • 回路設計またはFPGA設計のチームメンバー
• レーザー走査型顕微鏡（レーザーで物体を細かく観察できる顕微鏡）におけるシステム設計および電気系開発
• 入社後、生物系のレーザ走査型顕微鏡の開発プロジェクトのうち、FPGAを含むアナログ／高速デジタル回路を中心とした開発業務またはシステム設計業務を担当
• 長期的(3-5年後)には、システム設計またはマネジメント業務等の難易度の高い業務をアサイン予定
• 入社直後のサポート体制
  • ベテランのチームリーダーが直接メンターとしてサポートします。

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Digital or analog circuit design
• Over 3 years of product development experience in a development department
• Experience in digital or analog circuit design
• Ability to understand customer groups and propose products
• Proactive and willing to take on challenges
• Ability to actively communicate with engineers outside one's area of expertise (mechanical, optical, application software engineers)
• Graduate school, university, junior college, vocational school, specialized training college, technical college, high school
• Japanese:
  • Business level, conversational level
• English:
  • Conversational: Basic level
  • Reading: Intermediate level
  • Writing: Intermediate level
  • Required usage frequency or situations:
  • Daily: Ability to accurately interpret English datasheets without issues.
  • (0 to 1 time/year) Conversations during meetings with overseas offices

Preferred qualifications:

• English Language Proficiency
  • Conversational: Intermediate level
  • Reading: Advanced level
  • Writing: Advanced level
  • Required usage frequency or situations:
  • Daily: Ability to accurately interpret English datasheets without issues.

• System design (development of products combining software, electrical, and mechanical components)
• Over 5 years of high-speed digital and analog circuit design experience
• Experience in system design (development of products combining software, electrical, and mechanical components)
• Experience in starting circuit design from scratch
• Experience in development with LiDAR
