Responsibilities: 企業統治の強化と健全な経営基盤の維持に貢献する監査ポジションです。取締役会の監督、財務・コンプライアンス監査、内部統制評価、リスク管理などを通じて、独立した立場から経営の透明性と適正性を確保する重要な役割を担います。グローバルに事業を展開するITサービス・コンサルティング企業において、高い専門性と独立性を発揮できるポジションです。
業務内容：
取締役会および重要な経営会議へ出席する
取締役の職務執行状況を監督・監査する
経営判断が法令、定款および社内規程に準拠しているかを確認する
独立した立場から取締役会に意見・提言を行う
財務監査およびコンプライアンス監査四半期および年次の財務諸表、事業報告書等を確認する
会計処理および財務統制の妥当性を評価する
法定対応、税務、規制対応およびコンプライアンス全般を監督する
外部監査人および内部監査部門と連携する

内部統制およびリスク管理内部統制システムの有効性を評価する
リスク管理プロセスおよびコンプライアンス体制をレビューする
重要な事業上・財務上・ガバナンス上の懸念事項を調査する
内部統制およびガバナンス体制の改善提案を行う

調査および報告必要に応じて事業運営、資産および子会社の業務状況を調査する
重大な不正、不祥事、詐欺、法令違反を報告する
法定監査報告書を作成し、株主および取締役会へ提出する

取締役会への出席および審議への参加
年次法定監査報告書の作成

■ポジションについて
ローカルおよびグローバル両面でのコンプライアンス施策の導入・運用、リスクアセスメント、規制報告を管掌し、ニューヨークに拠点を置くグローバル・コンプライアンスチームと主体的に連携していただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
グローバルポリシー、関連法令・規制の改定や更新に沿った、ローカル内部規程および手続きの導入・維持
コンプライアンス・リスク評価に基づく、年次コンプライアンスプログラムの設計・開発・実行
ローカルマネジメントおよびグローバル・コンプライアンス部門向けのコンプライアンス報告書・ダッシュボードの作成・管理
従業員およびローカルマネジメントに対するコンプライアンス関連の助言・コンサルテーションの提供
営業、オペレーション、損害対応（クレーム）、その他各部門の責任者と連携し、業務プロセス全体におけるコンプライアンス強化を推進
コンプライアンスに関する社内研修の企画・設計・実施
コンプライアンスに関する事項や照会について、関係規制当局との窓口対応および調整業務を遂行
