■業務内容：
日本の自動車メーカーと同社の戦略的な橋渡し役として、電子インナーミラーや新製品の開発を主導いただきます。
顧客視点に立った開発を先導することで、顧客との信頼関係を構築・維持し、同社の技術・品質の価値を高めていく役割を担います。
また、米国本社の設計成果物を補完し、文化や業務プロセスの違いを調整しながら、円滑な開発推進を実現することも本ポジションの目的です。
■具体的な業務内容：
日本の OEM 顧客と米国本社の開発チームとの間に立ち、技術的な窓口として顧客のコミュニ ケーションをリードする
顧客の開発プロセスで要求されるマイルストーンに対し、米国本社を支援する
米国本社からの設計成果物を理解・補完し、顧客との技術的整合性を確保する
顧客要求を正しくタイムリーに理解し米国本社/日本サイドでの共通認識を維持する （顧客要求を正しく理解いただくことが必要です。）
同社の技術・品質に対する考え方を日本の顧客に自らの言葉で伝える
米国と日本の文化・業務プロセスの違いを調整し、相互理解を促進する
営業・品質・技術チームと連携し、新規受注活動を推進する
サイバーセキュリティや機能安全（ISO/SAE 21434、ISO 26262 など）の導入を支援す る
日本チームの技術的リーダーとして、メンバーへの指導・育成を行う
社内外の関係者に対して、プロジェクトの進捗・リスク・技術課題を報告する

■業務内容：
セールスエンジニアとして、技術的知識をもって営業活動を遂行いただきます。
顧客の抱えている技術的な課題のヒアリング
開発課題に対する製品・サービス・ソリューションの創出と提案
顧客要求仕様に対する製品詳細仕様・性能の確認
日本の技術部とドイツ本国を交えたソリューション企画のリード
顧客に提供する製品・サービス・ソリューションの見積書作成
見積書に対する合意形成のための折衝
製品導入フェーズの技術的支援と導入後のアフターサービス
自動車業界の技術動向や顧客開発プロセスの調査と営業戦略立案の支援
展示会・セミナー・デモンストレーションをとおした自社製品やモデルベース開発の宣伝活動
