■具体的な業務内容
座間工場、相模原工場、茨城工場の生産における工程品質保証業務、工程不具合の是正措置、納入サプライヤー不具合の是正措置、市場不具合解析、量産後の４M管理、工程監査/製品監査の実施におけるトータルマネジメント
海外新工場プロジェクト対応支援、海外サプライヤー指導・教育、計測管理、安全管理、環境管理、交代勤務班統括
IATF16949およびVDA6.3の要求事項に準拠した仕事の仕組みの構築
サプライヤー品質チームと協業してのサプライヤー品質向上活動
先行開発品質チームと協業してのプロジェクト品質向上活動、および初期流動管理期間中の品質管理
製造部門、生産技術部門をリードする品質改善活動
社内グローバル品質要求事項の国内への水平展開
品質対応に関する顧客折衝（市場措置含む）

■Responsibilities
Represent customer requirements internally.
Define Division Quality objectives, and monitor progress
Manage the Division Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System
Define, staff, and develop the Division Quality organization
Ensure the Division’s compliance with all safety/ regulation requirements
Collaborate with the purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance
Manage and Create Quality at development stage as Program Quality Leader
Analize and report quality result to customer and all relevant parties/Negotiate with customers on key issues and discuss responses Interrupt the development, manufacturing or delivery of products when Quality is not assured
Collaborate Quality of Japan Division to proceed the tasks

Tools事業の販売戦略・成長戦略の立案・実行、売上・利益目標の達成
