Responsibilities

• 医療機器・IVD製品におけるQMSの運用、維持、継続的改善
• 不適合、逸脱、苦情、品質問題の調査およびCAPA推進
• 変更管理および品質リスクアセスメントの実施
• 苦情処理、市販後監視（PMS）、製品回収・FCA対応
• 物流委託先（3PL）を含む流通過程の品質管理
• サプライヤー評価、監査、品質契約管理
• PMDA査察、第三者監査、サプライヤー監査対応
• グローバル品質部門および関連部署との連携による品質改善活動推進

Requirements

• 医療機器、IVD、製薬業界いずれかでの品質保証経験（目安5年以上）
• QMS、省令対応、監査対応など品質マネジメントシステムに関する実務経験

歓迎条件:

• PMDA査察、第三者監査、サプライヤー監査対応経験
• ISO14971に基づくリスクマネジメント経験
