Responsibilities

■募集ポジション概要：General Medicine領域におけるMedical Affairs機能の中核人材として、担当製品を中心にKOLエンゲージメント、メディカルインサイト収集、学術活動支援、エビデンス創出を推進いただきます。単なる情報提供ではなく、医療現場の課題を把握しメディカル戦略へ反映する役割が期待されています。
■業務内容：

• KOLとの学術ディスカッションおよび関係構築
• 学会、研究会、アドバイザリーボードの企画運営
• 医学情報の提供および未承認・適応外質問への適切な対応
• 担当領域におけるインサイト収集とメディカル戦略への反映
• 医師主導研究（ISS）支援および研究立案サポート
• エビデンス創出活動の推進
• 営業、マーケティング部門への医学的支援
• 国内外学会における情報収集および競合分析

Requirements

■必須条件：

• MSL、Medical Advisor、Scientific Expert等のMedical Affairs経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
