Responsibilities

複数の物流機能およびチームを統括し、業務品質、生産性、顧客満足度、財務実績の向上推進をお任せします。
社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、物流戦略の実行、継続的改善、パートナー管理、人材育成を通じて、安定的かつ効率的なオペレーションの実現をリードします。

■具体的な業務内容

• 物流オペレーション全般の統括および組織マネジメント 
• 輸送・配送、在庫管理、設備運営など複数機能の管理 
• サービス品質・生産性・コスト改善に向けた戦略実行 
• KPI管理や予算策定を通じた事業運営の推進 
• チームメンバーの育成、評価、組織力強化 
• 業務改善プロジェクトおよび変革施策のリード 
• 自動化・デジタル技術を活用したオペレーション高度化 
• ベンダーマネジメントおよび外部パートナーとの協業推進 
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの連携・調整 
• コンプライアンスおよび安全管理体制の維持・強化

Requirements

■必須

• 7年以上のサプライチェーン、物流、輸送、配送またはフルフィルメント業務経験
• 5年以上のD2C（消費者向け直販）領域における物流、配送、フルフィルメントまたはサプライチェーン領域のチームマネジメント経験
• 在庫管理、品質管理および業務パフォーマンス管理に関する知識
• 業務改善、プロセス最適化またはプロジェクト推進経験
• 配送業者、運送会社、3PL等の外部物流パートナーとの協業経験
• 契約管理、ベンダーマネジメントまたはサービスレベル管理経験
• WMS、TMS、WCS、YMS等の物流システムに関する知識
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
