Responsibilities

• Sustain the right product level at retail/digital stores in both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Build inventory support strategies and oversee their rollout : seasonality management, network extensions, new launches…
• Animate omnichannel supply chain deployment
• Lead supply chain tools development in coordination with headquarters
• Build and follow-up continuous improvement actions plan within your scope of responsibilities
• Monthly insights sharing during SOP review with top management.
• Develop appropriate and positive relationship with other departments and worldwide SC teams
• Build and follow-up training and skills development plan within your team
• Oversee operations management of our regional warehouse
• Ensure coordination between planning operations and warehouse operations to provide the expected quality of delivery service
• Monitor running costs of both logistics and warehousing
• Animate continuous improvement, be ahead of future needs to provide best-in-class support to our stores.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in operations (supply or distribution planning, logistics)
• Equipped with strong business and operations knowledge including retail operations
• Solid analytical skills and ability demonstrated to provide seamless and synthetical communication.
• Creative thinker with a practical approach to problem solving and process improvement
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead transversally
• Japanese fluent, English business required
• University graduate with bachelor’s degree minimum
