Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Secure stable supply processes of materials and products through optimization and Compliance with the local standards and customer’s demands
  • Prepare Replenishment Plan (RP) of product portfolio based on Demand Plan/Net Requirement Plan in a timely manner and supply all of materials (API, excipient, packaging materials, etc) and bulk to production site (incl. third party) as planned
  • Prepare production planning for production and conduct capacity simulation in order to secure enough capacity for the next 5 years long term
  • Deliver the ordered amount of products to Business OPU (Distribution Centre) in time to meet the deadline maintaining high productivity, flexible production, and high production service level.
  • Ensure group policy and priorities based on the department business plan
    • Collect and analyze information from department business plan/BSC to develop group policies/priorities
    • Support to develop business plan and identify priorities of the department.
    • Secure enough resources and create suitable resource plan for the implementation
  • Ensure stable supply processes of the products
    • Analyze Net Requirement Plan of product portfolio
    • Develop a Replenish Plan for all materials and bulk
    • Create a suitable production planning for production
    • Conduct a capacity simulation for 5 years long term
    • Control the committed lead time of individual process
    • Delivery a required amount of product to DC by due date
    • Maintain master data for SAP ECC, SAP EWM and planning system (Asprova)
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with Vendors, Plants and Third parties in order to develop precise Replenishment Plan
    • Create Win-Win situation between stakeholders
    • Secure a communication channel with concerned functions
    • Hold regular meeting and participate in other meetings
  • Maintain proper inventory level in Production sites (e.g. raw materials)
    • Enhance pack to order principle
    • Improve overall productivity /OEE by suitable product allocation
    • Increase flexibility of production (incl. QC process)
    • Shorten the committed throughput time
  • Prepare supply plans for successful product launch
    • Adjust the discrepancy of Net Requirement Plan and Capacity utilization in production.
    • Prepare proper Replenishment Plan for the product
    • Ensure to supply products in time to meet the deadline
  • Contribute to the business world-wide by proposing new features and best practices related to SCM
    • Achieve the target in group as a member of international project
    • Develop best practices in own business field
  • Ensure EHS at Supply Management group
    • Develop policies and guidelines with regard to working conditions
    • Comply with policies and guidelines
  • Realize Organizational and Talent Development at Supply Management group
    • Solve identified issues in the organization
    • Provide development opportunities to members in the organization
    • Maximize motivation of members through coaching
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Management experience of production control of own plant in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry. (3 years)
  • Expertise and experience in logistics
  • Knowledge and experience in production GMP/GDP or the equivalent in experience.
  • Overall knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, distribution process, procurement process, accounting and cost accounting.
  • Overall knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system(Master Data, BOM, MRP..etc).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above (any major), or experience and knowledge described above.
  • High business level of English and experience using it in a global environment
