事業戦略と連動した人財戦略の立案・実行を担い、2030年に向けた新たな企業ビジョンの実現を推進。
グローバル組織の一員として、海外HRチームとの連携を通じた組織変革の推進。

■具体的な業務内容

• ハイポテンシャル人財の発掘・育成・登用戦略の企画および推進
• タレントレビュー運営、人財データ分析を通じた組織横断的な人財マネジメント支援
• 社員エンゲージメント向上に向けた各種施策の企画・実行
• DE&Iの観点を踏まえた公正かつ透明性の高い人財育成環境の構築
• 組織横断プロジェクトの推進支援および関係部門との連携強化

Requirements

■必須

• 5年以上のタレントマネジメントまたはサクセッションプラン策定・運用経験
• 5年以上の人財育成または後継者育成施策の企画・実行経験
• 5年以上のエンゲージメント向上施策の企画・導入・運用経験
• 3年以上のDE&I（Diversity, Equity & Inclusion）推進施策の企画・実行経験
• 全社横断プロジェクトの推進経験
• 経営層への提案または人事戦略立案経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
