Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
医薬品ライフサイクルを通して、必要な実臨床下（リアルワールド）データの取得、構築、利活用の包括的な戦略立案と実行をリードし、エビデンス創出力を革新的に向上させる役割をお任せします。

■具体的な業務内容

• 領域および組織横断的なRWD取得あるいは構築の包括的な戦略、計画の立案と実行
• 国内外部環境革新を活用したRWD利活用戦略の促進や環境における課題解決を促進し、RWDの活用機会を最大化する
• 利活用（分析や報告など）要件に応じたRWDの品質保証とデータセットの作成
• ITソリューションによる分析ケイパビリティやデータプラットフォームの革新

Requirements

■必須

• データサイエンス、医療情報学、臨床情報学または関連分野の修士号以上
• リアルワールドデータ（RWD）を用いた臨床試験、臨床研究、または観察研究におけるデータマネジメント・統計解析経験3年以上
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

• データベース構築・バリデーション経験
• 医療情報標準化に関する知識・経験
• SAS、R、Pythonを用いたプログラミング経験
• ヘルスケア領域におけるデータ分析研究経験
