Responsibilities

スマートファクトリー向けソフトウェアソリューションの提案を担当いただきます。
顧客課題の整理からソリューション設計、提案、受注後の引継ぎまで一貫して推進し、製造現場のDXや自動化を支援します。

■具体的な業務内容

• 製造現場および運用上の課題の整理
• ソフトウェアソリューションの設計・提案
• 見積作成、提案、デモ、ワークショップの実施
• 見込案件から受注までのプロセス推進
• 受注後のプロジェクトマネジメント・実行チームへの引継ぎ
• プロジェクト立ち上げに必要な技術的・商業的情報の共有

Requirements

■必須

• ERP、MES、APS、CAD/CAM等の製造業向けソフトウェアに関する実務経験5年以上
• 技術営業、プリセールス、ソリューションコンサルティング、または事業開発経験2年以上
• 顧客課題分析、要件定義、ソリューション設計経験
• 離散製造業（自動車、産業機械、電機等）に関する知識・経験
• グローバル環境におけるステークホルダーとの協業経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

■歓迎

• IT/OT統合に関する知識
• クラウド・SaaSソリューションの知識
• CRM、SAP、Salesforce等の利用経験
• Power BI、SharePoint等の活用経験
• 製造工場での実務経験
