Responsibilities

経営の最前線を支える同社の人事部門（HR Team）に所属し、コンサルタントの評価会議のコーディネーションから情報収集や分析、コミュニケーションプラン策定を担っていただきます

• HR Teamにて、経営および人材マネジメントの基盤となる評価プロセスを支えるポジションです。
• シニアコンサルタントによる評価内容の取りまとめ・レビューをはじめ、関係者との連携を通じて、評価プロセス全体の運営・進行を担っていただきます。

【業務内容】

• 評価会議のコーディネーション
• コンサルタントの評価情報収集やデータ分析等、関連ドキュメントのハンドリング
• 関係者へのコミュニケーションプランの策定、情報展開
• グローバルへのレポーティング

Requirements

■必須条件：＜業界未経験歓迎／職種未経験歓迎＞

• 今後人事領域でキャリアを築いていきたいという思いをお持ちの方
• 社会人経験3年以上
• 英語力（TOEICスコア750点以上 もしくはビジネスレベル）

※人事のご経験は問いません。実際に営業等、異業種出身のメンバーが活躍しております。
