Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
データセンターにおける設備運営・保守管理全般を担うポジションです。
電気・機械設備の安定稼働を維持しながら、予防保全・事後保全の実行、障害対応、チームマネジメント、ベンダー管理など幅広い業務を担当いただきます。
また、クライアントとの窓口として日常的なコミュニケーションを行い、運用品質や安全性の向上を推進していただきます。

■主な業務内容

• データセンター設備の運営および保守管理
• 予防保全、修繕計画の実行および管理
• 電気設備、機械設備の監視および障害対応
• 設備停止を伴うメンテナンス計画の実施
• エンジニアチームのマネジメントおよび育成
• シフト管理およびリソース配置
• クライアントとの日常的なコミュニケーション
• 運用レポート作成およびKPI管理
• ベンダーおよび協力会社の管理
• 設備工事および保守品質の確認
• インシデント対応および原因分析
• 安全管理および法令遵守対応
• コスト管理および予算管理支援
• 継続的な運用品質向上施策の推進
