Responsibilities

研究開発部門のHRBPとして、事業責任者（SVP・SD等）と密接に連携しながら、人材・組織・制度の観点から事業戦略の実現を推進します。
【人材・組織戦略の立案および実行】

• 事業戦略に基づく組織設計・組織再編の企画・推進
• 要員計画、人材ポートフォリオ戦略の立案
• キーポジションのサクセッションプラン策定・運用
• タレントレビューの実施および後継者育成

【人事制度・報酬戦略の推進】

• ジョブ型人材マネジメントの運用・高度化
• 等級・評価・報酬制度を活用した組織パフォーマンス向上施策の企画・推進
• 報酬競争力分析、市場データを活用した人材リテンション施策の立案
• 重要人材に対する報酬・処遇戦略の企画・提案
• 制度改定や人事ポリシー浸透に向けたチェンジマネジメント

【組織・カルチャー変革の推進】

• 従業員チャンピオンとして、働く人に耳を傾けコミットメントと能力を引き上げ、組織エンゲージメント向上に貢献する、など

【 ビジネス変革・組織変革支援】

• 組織構造の変更に伴う人材面でのサポート、M&Aに関する人材統合

Requirements

■応募条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力かつ人事として報酬・要員計画・制度設計いずれかに精通している方

■歓迎要件：

• 複数人のHRBPを取りまとめ、大規模制度変革や組織変革をリーダーとして実行した経験
• 事業計画のマネジメント経験
• グローバルHRでの経験
