Responsibilities

• 採用ブランディング戦略の立案および推進
• EVP（Employee Value Proposition）の仮説構築および検証
• ターゲット人材の認知獲得・興味喚起を目的としたコミュニケーション施策の企画・推進
• 採用サイト、SNS、イベント、オウンドメディア等を活用した情報発信戦略の設計・実行
• 社員・採用候補者へのヒアリングを通じたインサイト収集および分析
• 競合調査、市場分析、ベンチマーク調査設計・推進
• KPI設計、効果測定、改善施策の立案・実行
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの折衝、合意形成、プロジェクト推進
• 部門長や経営層への提案およびレポーティング
• メンバー育成およびチーム運営への貢献

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 以下いずれかの領域において、5年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方
  • 採用広報
  • エンプロイヤーブランディング
  • コーポレートコミュニケーション
  • 広報・PR
  • マーケティング

■歓迎条件：

• エンプロイヤーブランディング戦略の立案・推進経験
• 採用広報の責任者経験
• コンテンツマーケティング、SNS運用経験
• イベント企画・運営経験
• データ分析やマーケティング指標管理の経験
• ピープルマネジメント経験
