同社は、通信関連の総合メーカーの日本拠点です。開発から製造まで社内一貫体制を貫き、収益性の高い事業運営を継続しています。同社は同グループの中でも技術開発・生産の重要拠点として位置付けられており、同グループが生み出す電子デバイスの新製品のうち、3分の1以上が日本で開発されたものです。また研究開発、設備投資に力を入れており、売上の一定割合を必ずこの分野に投資するなど豊かな開発環境を整えています。コネクターの開発製造から、精密金型の開発設計、さらには超高速自動ロボットの開発設計まで自社内で行う高度な技術力があります。

業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and create product concepts based on project plans (using CAD and FEA)
• Present concepts to customers and define product specifications
• Design and draft optimal connectors based on plans, in collaboration with internal manufacturing and reliability teams
• Identify issues based on prototype evaluation results and implement corrective actions; redesign for mass production
• Support product launch at mass production factories (both domestic and overseas)

業務内容：

• プロジェクト企画に基づく製品コンセプトの検討・作成 (CADやFEAを使用)
• 顧客へのコンセプト提案や製品仕様の取り決め
• 企画に基づく最適なコネクタを社内の製造部門・信頼性部門と協議のうえ設計・図面化
• 試作品の検証結果をもとに、課題点を是正。量産化に向けて再設計。
• 量産工場（国内工場、海外工場）で製品の立ち上げをサポート

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Degree in science or engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product development within an electrical/electronic components manufacturer
• Experience in 3D CAD design
  • ※ CAD software type is not specified

Preferred qualifications:

• Comfortable using English (candidates with a willingness to learn independently are welcome)
• Interest in or strong knowledge of electrical/electronic components and the mobile industry
• Interest in manufacturing and enjoyment of product functionality testing

必須要件：

• 理工系の学位
• 電気・電子部品メーカで製品開発業務3年以上の経験
• 3D CADでの設計経験
• CADの種類は不問
