Responsibilities

海外事業部の制度設計・企画：現地法人からの要望をもとに、専門のエージェントと協力しながら制度設計を行います

駐在員サポート（運用）

海外現地法人との連携と制度改善や効率化

当社における海外人材採用の面接官

駐在員の給与計算

• 平均残業20h以下/月
• 将来的に課長になれば、事業部を動かすような裁量を持ち、
• 当社や事業部がどう進むべきなのかを思案頂きます。
