Our client is a trading company specializing in IT infrastructure, including information and telecommunications equipment, network-related equipment, and components.
Taking advantage of the merits of being an independent company not belonging to an affiliated company, we have a lineup of original products as well as domestic and overseas manufacturers to meet all customer needs.

Responsibilities

• 海外事業部の人事制度設計・企画

-現地法人からの要望をもとに、海外人事制度や労務を支援する外部の専門家・コンサル（パートナー）と協力しながら制度設計を行います

• 駐在員サポート（運用）
• 海外現地法人の事業運営サポート
• 当社における海外人材採用の面接官
• 駐在員の給与計算

※平均残業20h以下/月※将来的に課長になれば、事業部を動かすような裁量を持ち、当社や事業部がどう進むべきなのかを思案頂きます。

Requirements

※業界未経験歓迎※

• 人事給与、労務関係業務経験
• 英語力（TOEIC(R)500点以上）

• 海外人事制度関連のご経験
• 海外駐在手続きの経験
• 海外駐在経験
