■ポジションについて
拠点の日々の運営管理を担い、顧客との契約・仕様に基づいた施設運営をお任せします。
複数拠点の統括およびクラスター全体の運営管理、顧客・関係者・委託先と連携いただき、
国内全体のアカウント運営監督、プロセス導入の推進をお願いします。

■Responsibilities
  • Business & Operations
    • Overall accountability for service delivery across client sites, including mobilization/demobilization processes and adherence to agreed scope of work
    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement
    • Manage budgets, track financial and service performance, and deliver regular reporting to regional leadership
    • Monitor service levels, audit procedures, and drive strategic direction including transformation initiatives
  • Stakeholder & Communication
    • Act as primary client interface, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Ensure clear, timely communication with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
    • Escalate changes, exceptions, and project-related requests to leadership as required
  • People & Vendor Management
    • Lead and develop on-site teams and vendors, ensuring alignment with client standards and policies
    • Coach managers and supervisors to maintain high performance and service delivery
    • Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., health & safety) and foster a culture of continuous development
  • Professional & Strategic Contribution
    • Stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities for service enhancement or cost optimization
    • Implement improvements that enhance value and efficiency
    • Support additional duties as required

Requirements

■必須
  • ファシリティマネジメント業務経験 5年以上
  • チームマネジメント経験(5名以上のチーム管理実績)
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
    • 日常業務で支障なく使用できるレベル
  • 予算管理経験(年間予算規模1億円以上が望ましい)
  • クライアント対応経験(BtoB営業・アカウント管理経験)
