Responsibilities

■業務内容：工場人事担当は、（1）人事企画業務と（2）部門人事業務（ビジネスパートナー）の役割を担うポジションとなります。
■業務詳細：（1）人事企画業務

• 人材育成：グローバルの教育プログラムの国内展開や、日本独自のプログラム立案や運営
• 労務管理：人事システムの管理、データ分析、退職手続き
• 人事規程：規程の管理、更新、届出業務
• 入退社プロセス：入社、退職手続き、入社オリエンテーション
• プロジェクト業務：システム統合、ペーパーレス、プロセス簡素化

（2）部門人事業務（ビジネスパートナー）

• 工場要員の受入計画、実務
• 新卒採用プロセスの実行、フォロー
• 社内人材タレントの育成、管理、フォロー
• 事業部内の組織人材開発のサポートとプログラムの実施

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 人事担当者として2年以上のHR実務経験（人事企画、労務、採用、研修等の人事のいずれかの経験）　
• 社内関係部門と連携し、協調性をもって積極的に業務に取り組める方
• 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
• 企画から実行まで業務を遂行できる方
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Power Point））
