• 現在、アジア・パシフィック地域の経営体制変更や欧州企業の買収など、海外事業は大きな転換期を迎えており、グローバル人事戦略やガバナンスの一層の強化が求められています。本ポジションでは、部内の管理職とともに、グローバル人事戦略領域の戦略策定・企画・立案を中心に担っていただきます。グローバル人事を新たなステージへと進化させるため、既存の枠に縛られることなく、変革をリードしていただく重要ポジションです。

Requirements

必須条件：以下いずれも必須

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• グローバル人事領域での評価/報酬・タレントマネジメントなどいずれかの企画経験

歓迎条件：

• 持株会社での人事経験
• 変革プロジェクトのリード経験
• 英語での交渉・プロジェクトリードの経験
