Responsibilities

海外人事（制度・労務）に関する一連の業務を担当いただきます。
業務詳細：

• 海外出向者に関する本社人事制度の企画/運用
• 海外出向に伴う人事手続き全般の管理/運用
  • 海外給与の管理/運用
  • 出向契約書の作成/管理
  • 外部税理士法人と連携した国内外の税務対応業務
  • 海外関係会社との各種調整
• 海外グループ会社の人事制度の運用支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外出向者に関する人事実務の経験（赴任/帰任管理、処遇設計、グローバルモビリティ対応）
• 海外グループ会社、外部コンサルティングファーム等との英語での実務経験（TOEIC（R）テスト730点目安）

歓迎条件：

• 海外人事制度の企画または運用に携わった経験
• 海外出向に関する給与/税務/社会保険に関する知見（実務対応、または外部税理士法人との連携経験含む）
