Responsibilities

• マネージャー又はマネージャー候補として、主に役員指名・報酬に関する業務、組織改正・幹部級人事業務をご担当いただきます。
• 指名諮問委員会の事務局、及び付随する実務対応
• 報酬諮問委員会の事務局、及び付随する実務対応
• 株主総会・取締役会等における人事に関する事項の対応
• 組織改正、幹部級人事に関する実務対応（経営会議、取締役会等の重要会議への付議、リリース、グローバルグレーディング、グローバルLTI（株式報酬）、等）
• その他、上記に関連する事項

*ご入社後は、現担当とともに上記の業務を担っていただき、将来的には当部に限らず人事組織内でのマネジメント業務、あるいはスペシャリスト等、ご志向やご経験に応じて様々なキャリアパスを想定しております。*仕事内容の変更範囲：会社の定める業務全般

Requirements

• 日本の上場企業、または上場企業向けのコンサルティング会社における役員指名・報酬実務のご経験（目安：3年以上）
• コーポレートガバナンスなど、業務に関連する社会動向に対する高い情報感度と学習能力
• 英語力：会議等でのファシリテートや議論が一定行えるレベル（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト800/CEFR B2）

8.7 - 12.4 million yen
