The company is a leading company providing state-of-the-art ticketing services to major sports clubs, arenas, and the entertainment industry, mainly in the United States and Europe.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Support marketing across company website, including ability to edit images, text and links.
  • Collaboration with the Client Services Team to ensure processes are maintained and to continuously work on improvements.
  • Ensure that the company website copy meets SEO requirements. Ensure that copy on each page is edited to be concise, refreshed and focused on key work search improvement.
  • Work closely with the venues and promoters ticketing teams to ensure that processes are maintained and reviewed regularly to improve usability. This includes occasional face to face client meetings.
  • Sending of B2B communications and product updates with the sales team
  • Updating company Tickets B2B Solutions website and updating company LinkedIn page
  • Lead on all social media communications – growing followers and engagement
  • Plan and execute paid performance advertising (social media & Google), in collaboration with the relevant team.
  • Use of Salesforce ECRM platform and sending out emails to our database
  • Work with Looker data reports to review work and improve best practice / revenue drive
  • Continuous review of competitors and reporting
  • Working with data from previous shows and campaigns to best target future sales
  • Work cross-functionally with the rest of the company Tickets team and wider company global team
  • Positively adapting to our company culture and living our core values
  • Translations for global marketing / product needs from English to Japanese
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, content, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with social media, CMS, and website back-end management
  • Basic proficiency in Photoshop; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience leading projects or small teams is preferred
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1 or native level
